The Florida International University College of Law Children's Advocacy Clinic is funded primarily by the Florida Bar Foundation.  The Clinic is available to provide free advice and legal representation in the areas of special education, expulsion and suspension in Miami-Dade and Broward County.   Client's income must be below 125% of the poverty guidelines.
