  Case intake is performed through a combined system of mail intake and walk-in applications. Potential clients must complete an intake application and attest to be a US citizen. Applications are reviewed each week and assigned to staff for follow-up by providing a rejection notice, an advice only letter, request for more information, or request for appointment letter to the applicant. An applicant with an emergency can have his/her case expedited by coming to the office to fill out the necessary forms. Applications are available at any of our five offices during regular business hours. One may contact any office by phone to request an application by mail. Applications must be returned to the appropriate office. Other intake opportunities: Franklin County Senior Citizen Center and Franklin County Court House intake, first Thursday of the month - call for appointment (850)385-9007. Wakulla County Senior Citizen Center - call for appointment (850)926-7146. Jefferson County Senior Citizen Center intake, first Tuesday of the month - call for appointment (850)385-9007. Leon County Senior Legal Clinic - call for appointment (850)891-4000. Tallahassee Homeless Clinic at Hope Community - call for appointment (850)385-9007. Legal Services Night Clinic - call for appointment (850)385-9007. Small Claims Advice Clinic - walk-in four times per year at Traffic Court 6:30 pm - call (850)385-9007 ext 1006. Legal Advice Telephone Hotline (calls returned Mon - Thurs 2pm - 5pm) - call (850)385-0029.
