It contains useful legal and practical information on topics of special interest to our community, but its use is by no means limited to LGBT couples. This Manual is designed to help parents who are incarcerated in Florida prisons and jails understand their rights and responsibilities as parents. Whether you have children when you become incarcerated, or they are born during your incarceration, caring for your children while you are incarcerated becomes a very difficult task.
