About Us

FloridaLawHelp.org is your source for free and reliable information about:

  • Florida laws
  • Going to court
  • Legal forms
  • Free and low-cost legal service programs

FloridaLawHelp.org started in 2002 as Florida's statewide legal aid website.  Many of the resources on FloridaLawHelp.org were created by legal services programs throughout Florida using Legal Services Corporation grants.  In 2015, the Florida Justice Technology Center (FJTC), a non-profit established to increase access to justice through the innovative use of technology, began administering the site.

The Florida Bar Foundation and other grants fund the maintenance and continued improvement of FloridaLawHelp.org.

Do you have suggestions for the website?  Are you having technical difficulties?  Please send feedback to info@floridajusticetechnologycenter.org.

Please do not email legal questions or information about your problem. We do not provide legal services and cannot answer legal questions. We will not email or call you back about your legal question. If you need help with a legal problem, you can look for free and low-cost legal services and other resources on the Find a Lawyer section of this site.
