Legal Help Clinic: Free Legal Advice (Daytona Beach)
Free Legal Advice Clinics will take place at the Bethune Cookman Center for Civic Engagement, 740 West International Speedway, Daytona, FL from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. every Wednesday.
These free clinics are open to all income-eligible residents in Central Florida.
Individuals who have civil legal issues including family law, landlord-tenant, probate, estate planning, consumer, and guardian advocacy matters will be able to meet one-on-one with experienced attorneys. These attorneys have volunteered to work for free as part of CLSMF’s Volunteer Lawyer Project.
All attendees are encouraged to bring with them any papers related to their legal matter, any court paper work that has been received or filed, a list of questions to ask attorneys regarding the legal matter and a Resident Alien Card if not a U.S. citizen.
Participants must be income eligible for free legal services to attend. To qualify for assistance an intake needs to be completed. Clinics are open on a first come first served basis.
