What the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association does:

The Legal Aid Society provides quality legal services for the low-income residents, the working poor, children, and disadvantaged groups with special legal needs in Orange County, Florida, and assists in providing legal aid services to similarly situated residents of neighboring counties though an effective and fiscally sound program through the combined efforts of staff and pro bono attorneys.

Income & other eligibility:

In order to most efficiently utilize its limited resources, guidelines have been established. They are based on the type of case, financial guidelines, as well as available resources.


How to get help:

By telephone at 1-407-841-8310, option 1.

  • Appointment calls are taken Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to noon and from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • We also accept calls for appointments most Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon.

Walk-in clinics are held on Mondays from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the main office for those who are homeless.
