We provide free legal services to low-income residents of Seminole County. We handle family law cases (including domestic violence), landlord tenant issues ( not including public housing), guardian advocate matters for the developmentally disabled, advance directives (such as durable power of attorney, health care surrogate, Living Wills, and last will & testaments), veteran’s issues, and sealing and expungement issues.

We have available FREE monthly legal advice clinics for students at Seminole State College Student Union, Veteran legal advice clinic at Casselberry Public Library, Sealing and Expungement workshop at the Sanford Public Library and Plan Ahead (advance directives) workshop at Seminole County downtown courthouse.
